Shipping & Delivery

Each WristMods' timepiece is made to order. To ensure the highest possible standards, we need 3-7 business days to prepare order for dispatch. This allows us to carry out the necessary quality control procedures and ensure your watch is crafted to your utmost satisfaction. All WristMods' items are the subjects to the given lead time even if the item is shown as "In stock".

All the shipments are fully insured with tracking and handled by one of our delivery partners (Poczta Polska or UPS). Once the item is shipped, you will receive a personal notice with the tracking information. 

Standard shipping is free for orders 299$ and more, express shipping is free for orders 1000$ and more.

The delivery time depends on the country, as well as the location and can't be controlled by us.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the track and trace data. The expected delivery time, as shown below, is mentioned in 'working days', which means that weekends and national holidays should not be taken into account.

You are responsible for the correct input of the delivery address; WristMods does not hold any responsibility for shipments that have been delivered on an incorrect address. In case WristMods needs additional information regarding a delivery address, you may be approached by WristMods in order to provide additional information. A delay in the delivery may occur in case additional information regarding the delivery address is needed.

In case of a shipment that went missing as the result of an error by the carrier (and after the complaint procedure of the carrier has been completed), WristMods will either refund you or will try to re-ship the ordered product.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

International orders may be the subjects to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by your countries import laws. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
